Oh yeah, another thing... I don't get it, how do you do grain extract? And btw, some people might have a hard time finding where everything is, so you might want to indicate if it's on the bar near the top or if it's in tools on the side.

I'll take some screenshots later, but for now, what you have to do is open up the layers channels paths dialogue. Go to dialogues>new dock>layers channels paths or something like that. Then in the layers section go to the thing that says normal and click the arrow. You can the chose the mode. There are things like disolve, overlay, screen and grain extract and more.

By the way, if I were to do a splice, which forum would it go in?

XD I love the ouline effect it makes when you take the image in three layers to create a border. Nice. =3
