Completed GH3 on Expert!

« on: July 07, 2008, 10:27:34 am »

Hey,

Guitar Hero 3 is a great game - probably the game I've played the most on the Wii so far. I've just beaten Lou on Expert.

There really isn't much to say about this game, except that it is a great game. Did I say that already?

If you'd like, you can exchange Wii friend codes for GH3 here.

Once I learn mine, I'll post it. One thing I like better about GH3 is the modern songs. I personally dislike classic rock, and seeing Rise Against, AFI, and The Killers as well as other bands made me happy. My personal favorite song was "Miss Murder" by AFI.

Only song on Hard I need is Raining Blood, and then of course the Guitar Battle vs Lou.

CAN'T GET PAST FIRST PART with all the switching.

They're some of my favourite songs (and bands) as well. I also like the songs by Queens of the Stone Age and Disturbed.

I can't beat "Before I Forget". That song is driving me nuts. Course, I've only really played Rock Band lately with Synethete and another 2 of my friends.

Oh, and by the way, my friend code is 3866-6714-9179

Isn't it strange how my code has 666 in it? Shocked LOL

Raining Blood and Through the Fire and Flames are apparantly the hardest songs.

IMO, the hardest part is the intro, because it requires a lot of tapping on the frets. To get it perfectly right, some people use two hands to tap the frets!

I'm not sure I could even do a song on hard. It would be hard to reach all five buttons.

You just have to switch your hands position, like on a keyboard.

Well I suppose I do play the piano so that would help. Even so, the guitar is quite heavy.

Meh, I don't have it, but I plan on perhaps getting it.
>_> My friends got "Through the fire and the flames" stuck in my head.
Meh... I can't play it though. I'm more used to DDR. =X
