One of my favourite Metroid games, and the second one I played. This was the one that really kick started my likeness of the series. Since then I've played the entire Prime trilogy, Pinball, Hunters and Zero Mission.
Hardest bosses in this game are Emperor Ing and Spider Guardian.

I managed to beat this game on Normal. On hard I'm on Quadraxis.

I love this game as well. I have beaten it on all difficulty modes and believe me...thats no easy feat for a video game. I love the music and the mirror world theme. I like Dark Aether in particular as I love that swirling purple sky. Although the creatures are bad....I enjoy playing those parts in the game when you have to travel there. But...my favorite race of creatures in the game is the Luminoth. I like their gentle nature and the fact you can talk to some of them...espeially U-Mos.

For once you weren't helping a dead civilisation. This was the game that got me playing Metroid games properly for what they are, whereas Metroid Prime Hunters is just an FPS.
