I know alot in my few months of running a forum, so If I may, I would like these suggestions to be taken to heart.
suggestion rule #1: no double posting. multiple breaks will get you a warn.
suggestion rule #2: no posting of virus links, and links of the sort. will get you automatically Banned.
suggestion rule #3: no advertising innapropriate material, such as ****,(including anything in relation to it.)
like I said, it is only suggestions, but I want you to consider them. this is only taking precations, for your OWN sake. -Firemblemaniac

These are ofcourse obvious, most members wouldn't do this.
But then there are 'people' who join a forum only to spam (we've seen that...) or to post inapropriate material...

I support the advertising parts, but as far as the double posting and ressurecting old topics doesn't bother me that much. You may double post in the art and sprite section whenever you have new art to show everyone. Double-posting can occur by accident which is also understandable. The only time I won't allow it is when it happens just to increase your post count and along with that...something that doesn't contribute to the topic. However, I also don't mind bringing back old topics. I'm not such a tyrant like some other admins are. I like to give people a little bit more freedom and not feel like they're going to get in trouble all the time.  |
